What we collect, and what we do not

The short version

This site does not run analytics or advertising trackers of its own, and it does not set cookies to identify you. It is a static site: most pages are plain HTML and images, with no account system and nothing to log in to.

Hosting logs

Like any website, ours is served by a hosting provider that may keep standard technical logs as part of normal operation, things like IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not access these logs to build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for advertising.

The contact form

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you submit are delivered to us through a third party form processing service. That information is used only to respond to you and is not added to any mailing list or shared for marketing.

Outbound links

Articles link to court records, company filings, and outside news coverage. Once you follow one of those links, that site's own privacy policy applies, not ours.

Changes

If what this site collects changes, for example if analytics are added later, this page will be updated to say so, with the date above revised.
